The Boon Fundraiser closed, and the PTA is proud to announce that we hit our fundraising goal of $2,000 raised! These funds will be used to pay for for future assemblies, help offset class trip costs, and fund the events that are held during the year. THANK YOU!
The Hazel Ave PTA is raising money for the school through a Boon Supply fundraiser! Purchase gifts for yourself, your friends and your family, and know that 40% of your purchase is returned to the school! A packet with information and a catalog will be sent home with your child by the end of the week.

As a parent or guardian of a child at Hazel, you can also register your child for the fundraiser, and share the shopping link from the Boon Supply website. Doing so will qualify your child for prizes as your friends and family make purchases (and sharing the link with just 10 people will automatically earn your child a prize).
When sharing this link with friends and family, be sure to tell people to include your child’s name and classroom teacher to ensure they are credited with any purchases made! When checking out, you can input this information. This is an optional step – ALL sales will still benefit the school, but this is a great way for children to receive fun prizes!
