Trunk or Treat is coming – Decorate your car and hand out snacks!

On October 26 from 2-4, the Hazel Blacktop will be transformed into a Halloween spook-tacular! Cars will be lined up with spooky decorations, and families will be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters who visit in costume!

We do need volunteers who would like to hand out candy. Please see the form below and return it with your child’s folder to school by the due date. Please make every attempt to purchase nut-free candy for our children.

Attending the trunk or treat is free, and we hope to see everyone in their best costumes!

Hazel Garden Work Day – Saturday, May 11

Join Brian Coleman, who has helped to keep our Hazel Garden beautiful for the last 9 years, as he works his magic once again to clean up our garden area in front of Hazel. All volunteers are welcome to stop by anytime between 9-12. Please bring your own tools, gloves, and wheelbarrow if possible. We have some tools and wheelbarrows in storage at school. Rain date will be Sunday May 12, during the same hours.

Also, this will be the last year that Brian is able to help with the Hazel Garden, so if you are interested in picking up where Brian leaves off, please join the work day so he can transfer his knowledge to you!
